**** ESTATE SALE **** From a Palm Desert, California ESTATE ........ Illness is forcing the sale of this 2005 Winnebago Sightseer 30 ft. RV with one slide. The current owners aquired the Coach in 2008 and it has been a very good Coach. They have upgraded many features including the removal of the carpeting in the interior and replacing it with laminate flooring, new faucets and vents insi8de and a new flatscreen TV in the rear stateroom plus many other small improvements. The tires and batteries have been replaced in the past 3 years. ............It has been well kept and is in ready to travel condition. We have tested all of the operating systems and everything is in working order. This Coach had a original retail price of about $84,000.00 and today the average retail price on the N.A.D.A. as it is equipped is a bit over $34,000.00............ The ESTATE wants to get it sold so we are pricing at $28,850.00 or best offer ......... and someone is going to purchase a very nice Coach that will deliver many more years of service. In addition to the 24 photos at the top of this listing ...... at the bottom of this description you can watch a slideshow of more than 80 photos that were all taken recently to help you see the current condition. There is some fading and cracking of the graphics as you would expect from a 2005 model ........ and overall the condition of this Coach is very good. No problems with any of the seams and no problems with window fogging on any of the glass. With the mid-Coach entry door you step directing into the main living area and galley. The slide-out in this Coach is 12 feet wide and really makes a difference inside the living area............................... Inside you have a large upholstered sofa that also jack-knifes down into a sleeping area and the dinette table area also turns into a sleeping area for children or a small adult. The Galley has everything you need including a 2 section sink, 3 burner cook-top, microwave oven and a good sized refrigerator/ freezer. Plenty of storage in this area as well as multiple lighting sources. The interior ceiling of this Coach is upholstered and that goes a long way towards it being quiet going down the road and well insulated. Each window has both a daylight and full privacy shade. Completely self contained so you can stay out in the wilderness and dry camp ....... or pull into a RV park and plug in for all of the services. With the recently installed laminate flooring ..... it is much easier to keep the inside clean while traveling. As you move towards the rear of this Coach you have a large full size shower on your left and across from that behind a privacy door you have a toilet, sink with a lit vanity mirror and more storage area's. This area is so large you forget your in a 30 foot Coach and not a larger model. Moving towards the rear into the main stateroom you have a queen sized bed with storage underneath and multiple storage closets for both hanging and folded clothes. This area also has a new flat-screen TV monitor. The Onan generator has only 290 hours on the hour-meter and it starts up easily and runs smoothly. Both the dash air and the large roof-top AC unit work very well and will cool this Coach down quickly. The roof has been well maintained as you will see in the slide-show and all of the maintenance is up to date. The current owners made a point to have it waxed at least once a year.......... As you get seated in the drivers cockpit you have a large expansive windshield for good visibility and a clear monitor for the rear camera to see what is behind you when backing up or to keep tabs on your tow vehicle. A good am/fm/cd player is mounted in the dash and you have another stereo system mounted behind a door that folds down outside the Coach. This is a smooth driving Coach and the FORD V-10 engine offers up plenty of power. Even when bringing along a tow car you have all the power you need to travel anywhere you would like to go. The leveling jack system works well and you can get the Coach leveled and set up in no time. Another great feature with this Sigtseer is that when the 12 foot wide slide-out is extended ...... the 3 outside storage bins also pop-out so that your not constantly hitting your head trying to access the lockers.
