Last year my wife and I (and 3 kids) sold our home, packed up and hit the road. We searched for a long time to find the perfect layout and an RV in great shape. We finally found that in this Winnebago Sightseer 35J. The two huge slides and two bunks with a large King bed was perfect for us. We bought it from the original owner and set out for adventure. This RV performed flawlessly and carried us and our Jeep from Alabama, all the way across the country through Yellowstone, Montana, and all over the West, eventually through Washington and back down until we settled in Colorado. It is bittersweet, but since settling here in the mountians, we must sell our dream RV to help us buy a house. 30 ft 2002 Winnebago Sightseer for sale. The RV currently has 17,929 miles on it and was purchased from a family friend. The interior and exterior is in great shape. The 80 gallon fresh water tank, the gravity fed city hookup, the gray water system, and the 6 gallon electronic ignition hot water heater all work perfect. It takes about 10 minutes to pull into a camping spot, get leveled, put the slide out, and have your water and sewer hooked up. This RV really makes camping easy, which is what we have loved so much about it. The RV can be used on and off the grid, just as well as it can be used at an RV lot with full hookups. The size of the fresh water tank, gray water tank, and black tank allow for much use before needing to be dumped and filled again. The generator can run everything, including the AC, when you don't have the luxury of having full hookups. 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 30B, 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 30B This well maintained and cared for Winnebago Sightseer has been in Colorado it entire life. This means it is rust free and dry. It has been covered as long as I have owned it and appears to have been covered before this. The cover will be included. It is optioned with the heavy duty Workhorse Chassis and the powerful GM 8.1 motor and 4 speed transmission with 51,000 miles. The transmission was serviced 7K miles ago, all oil changes have been with synthetic oil at 3k or less miles. The rear end was completely rebuilt 3k miles ago with new gears, bearings, and seals. A recent tune up was done with new plugs and wires. Tires and brakes have lots of miles left on them. There are NO fluid leaks, The one-piece fiberglass roof and sides are solid with no delaminating. Stickers are peeling on the edges and have surface cracks. Onan 4k generator has 215 hours on it.
