It runs and drives perfect. It has a Workhorse W-22 chassis with a Chevrolet 8.1 Vortec engine and Allison 1000 automatic transmission. It has been well maintained and stored winters in an enclosed dry environment.The living area is plush cloth that is excellent condition. The sofa folds out into a large very comfortable queen size bed. The dinette also converts into a bed. Across from the sofa is a lazy boy. The leather driver and passenger seats are both in excellent condition. Both swivel to create a larger living area. The kitchen has a convection microwave oven, propane oven and stove and built in coffee maker. Overhead vent fan and a nice modern fridge in great working condition that runs on propane or electricity. The bathroom has a beautiful shower with skylight. All the windows are encased in nice treatments and upgraded trim package. The rear of the coach has spacious master quarters with a walk around queen bed, beautiful wood cabinets and plenty of closet space. The original owner ordered all available options. Call for complete list or to get more specific pictures.The exterior is in excellent condition with no delaminating and is a perfect straight body. There is basement storage throughout the whole coach and an external stereo. The engine and transmission run perfect.
