This motor home is in excellent condition. It has always been stored under cover and out of the sun. It has always been meticulously cared for with regular service and maintenance. Everything is in perfect working condition. The tires are new and in excellent condition. This floor plan is great with front and rear slide outs, two TV's, a large rear bath and spacious wardrobe. The gas cook top and convection oven/microwave make cooking easy. If you're traveling far or just going out for a long weekend, it is a great second home. Gently used 2012 Winnebago Lite Five; electric landing gear, 2 slide-outs, 1 ducted roof A/C, 2 refrigerators, main awning, CD/DVD radio and TV with outside speakers, outdoor kitchen, outside shower, microwave, 3 burner range, oven. 30 Amp. Upgraded main mattress.New tires as of April 2016; 2000 miles on them, easily less than 10K total on trailer (from Sierra Vista, AZ to TX a few times, that is it). Roof vents replaced fall 2015. Has improved jack/tire changing kit (I upgrade these on all my vehicles from the factory provided ones).As with several RV, sometimes the tank level indicators show more than what is in there; bulb in the electric water heater switch is out (water heater works, just the bulb burnt out), awning starting to show a little wear. Easy towing 5th wheel - depending on tow vehicle you will not know trailer is there.
