1997 Itasca by Winnebago 37 Feet Long Model 37RW This is a very clean motor home for the age. It is in good conditon inside and out. It shows some fade to the exterior and minimal wear inside. It was wind damaged. The previous fiberglass roof was blow off. We replaced it with brand new decking and new rubber roof. It has been professionally repaired. Everything works as it should and the interior is clean. It has not been smoked in and there are no odors and no pet evidence. The carpet is surprisingly good with little fade. The couch makes a bed and there is a queen island bed in the rear. It is an impressive RV for the age. It is in better condition than many half its age. The difference is the person who owned it.
