The RV is ready for camping/traveling with addition of food and personal items. However there is no warranty and sale will be final. The RV has 6 Michelin tires with less than 5000 miles installed in 2014 along with a new spare of another brand installed in 2014. the two wheel car tow dolly has two new tires and a new spare tire installed in 2016. The engine is a ford Triton V-10 and the RV is mounted on an E-450 cutaway chassis. The RV has a built in 4KW generator and a 30 amp service wire. It is equipped with 7 seat belts and is capable of sleeping seven. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, double sinks, propane stove with oven and 3 burners on top, Norcold refrigerator with freezer on top, a hood vent over stove, and a booth with table that doubles as a bed. Refrigerator operates on 110V or propane. House has a 30000 BTU central duct propane heater and a roof mounted central duct A/C unit. A 6 gal propane heated hot water heater. The kitchen is located in the middle of RV and just behind the kitchen is a fiberglass shower on one side and a toilet with basin and mirror and storage on the other side. The bedroom is in rear with a large wardrobe and lots of storage below as well as above the bed. Bed has reading lamps and the mattress is a 10" RV queen memory foam like new. The bedroom and living room slide out electrically. Entertainment includes a VCR/DVD player attached to a 28" flat screen TV with a digital antenna and hook up for cable. Outside the cabin is a radio/cd player near the door under a 14' awning. On the other side between the slide outs is a shower (not enclosed).
