This rv is in great shape for it's age. Just used it to live in for a year. Everything works except maybe for a few gauges, one of the gas tanks has a problem although I don't remember what and there is a small leak in the black tank spout but I have the replacement fitting for it just haven't got around to fixing. The 2 air cond just needs to be charged. There is no stove or oven. Cranks right up. Has leveler jacks, microwave, shower, toilet, gas heat, gas hot water, fridge is gas or electric, tv/vcr. Half of one window is missing, we used it for a swamp cooler. Good tires; low mileage; Onan generator. Registered off highway at the moment.
