Also includes outside entertainment center and outside shower.ac/heat pump is a low profile 30000 Btu. 10500 Btu ac unit.Also includes Blue ox tow bar with US gear brake indicator installed.The tow bar is an added value.The cab is equipped with power windows,locks,cruise, adjustable seats (non powered but very comfortable).Also has a keyless all lock feature to secure vehicle.This MH does not have leveling jacks but it was never an issue.There are many other qualities,including, its a non smoker and I have the manuals and a car fax which is clean.Very mechanical sound and ready for the road.There are some small minor scratches or small bruise on the left rear corner where the original owner backed in to some brush or something, not very noticeable at all and is the only cosmetic flaw.
