1988 Winnebago class A Motor home. the tires all hold air fine but should be replaced due to age. size (85 R 19.5 .the wheels are all in good condition a pet & smoke free motor homethe fridge has been replaced with a larger a/c only type works greatthe microwave has been change out for a newer larger one.the rooftop Coleman a/c unit works but will need a charge, A recharge piercing valve is in place just needs gas. I believe R-22, charging hose & 2 -15 o/z cans of gas included the toilet has been replaced with a newer larger model with has a hand held bidet.the shower head and hose have been replaced with newer one.the carpet flooring has been replaced with one piece commercial grade vinyl flooring. have extra if needed.the engine water pump is new and the motor home runs nice & coolthe lower radiator is newthe fuel pressure regulator is newthe power brakes are good with new fluid, the parking brake works. All dash gauges work.the engine is a 454 Chevy and runs & sounds great. starts first turn of key. the automatic transmission works good & changes gears very smooth\with new fluid TH 400 trans ?the dash is in good clean condition with no cracks.minor fade the driver seat is powerthe Onan Emerald I generator runs good and powers the coach fine. has 360 hoursthe house battery works all d/c lights and pumps.the stove has been fitted to work off a single small tank of propane ,like you get in Walmart. orig tank still there.the water heater works & was converted to a/c, just plug it in.the dash a/c need to be charged with R12 gas which I have along with the hose to charge.the bath ceiling fan is a forward/ reverse type model and works good in all speeds. needs the crank handle.the on board parallax a/c d/c converter need 5 resistors replaced in order to work proper for charging the house battery. all breakers work fine..the house battery can also be charged by the dual switch on the dash thru alternator.the roof is the one piece original heavy duty walk on type with no leaks !the walls are all good except in a couple spots where rain water got in from an open window, not bad.the spare tire is new.other tiers good for local use but are old and dry.the folding ladder & luggage rack are good and usable.the hitch is factory & rated at 3500 lb tongue 300the window screens all but one are there but a few need re-screening.the window awnings are present but the material needs replace. one awning was pulled off by a tree limb and has been reinstalled & functions...has no patio awing.the electric entry step works but need attention sluggish.the queen bed has a regular mattress & a memory foam mattress for extra comfortwith storage belowthe basement bay area cargo goes all the way thru & all cargo doors lock with keysThe motor home is a 1988 and needs some minor attention as mention above ..Being sold as is as seen with a clear open Florida title.BUYER CAN DRIVE IT AWAY,USE IT AS IT IS LOCAL OR JUST ADD NEW TIRES FOR A CROSS COUNTRY TRIP PAYPAL, CASH, NO CHECKS,NO PAYMENTS
