****THIS ITEM HAS BEEN RELISTED because buyer somehow failed to realize the RV is located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania and is apparently too far for him. Transaction cancelled. PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION: This is our 2005 24' Winnebago Chalet on a Ford E-350 chassis with 53,375 miles. Winnebago is the top brand name in motorhomes. We've owned it since 2007 and have had tons of fun with the kids, camping, road trips, tailgating at sporting events, just sleeping out. Great times for our family of 5, but this will easily sleep 6 (we've had even more). At 24 feet, it's big enough to be comfortable, but not too big to drive and get around. Kids are getting older and too busy with sports to be available for many road trips anymore, so we've decided to sell. Chassis--Ford E-350 V-10 engine, automatic, cruise control, AC, radio with CD. Runs great with no mechanical problems. Rides really nice. New front tires this spring (Michelins) and two of the 4 rear Hankook tires replaced 2 years ago (less than 3,000 miles). Kitchen--double sink, stove and oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, plenty of cabinets. Bathroom--toilet, shower, hot water, sink with mirror and vanity. Sleeping--overhead bed sleeps 2 adults or even 3 small kids. Dinette table drops down to another bed for 2. Rear master bed sleeps 2, overhead cabinets and 2 closets for storage. Cabin is air conditioned and has propane heat. Onan MicroQuiet 4000 generator with only 106 hours on it. Smoke detectors. Cable ready. 19" LCD TV with built in DVD player added about 4 years ago, along with new antenna. New awning this spring!! Outdoor shower/sprayer. Tow hitch. Plenty of storage under cabin and large rear compartment. New front tires this spring (Michelins) and two of the 4 rear tires replaced 2 years ago. Current inspection in PA. Camper body has normal wear with age, but no crashes or major damage. We did have a leak in the driver's side gutter area and around that window this year. It was professionally resealed at a major RV dealership here locally. Roof was recaulked at the same time. Decals are fading and peeling some, but you can order new ones on-line if you wanted to. It's been kept covered on our property year round. It's a nice motorhome with lots of fun left in it, for a fair price. We're located in Downingtown, PA, not far from the PA Turnpike, about 45 minutes west of Philadelphia. If you decide to buy, a $500 deposit will be required. You can contact me to come look and test drive it if you'd like. Clear title. I reserve the right to end this listing early as I'm also selling it locally. I would CONSIDER delivering it after full payment and an agreed upon, reasonable fee. This arrangement would have to be worked out first. I've listed this Winnebago motorhome for a fair price. Compare it on-line to what dealers list the same brand and model motorhome for. I'm not giving it away and we'll just keep it if it doesn't sell, or we don't receive a reasonable offer. Contact me with any questions. Check out my feedback and thanks for looking!
