I am selling my darling Lola to travel the world by plane instead of by RV now! I have owned her since February 22, 2016 and before me she had very old owners that took excellent care of her. She is in great shape. She has a new starter, battery, her spark plugs and tubing has all been replaced, her engine had a major rehaul this year! I have all the paperwork on her from the previous owners & from the the time I have owned her.Things to note about her:- Her floors are ripped up, I had planned on putting in new flooring (it was carpet when I got it). You can look it as not having to rip up the flooring yourself or not having to pay someone to do it.- She needs a new distributor. She runs fine, but she can sometimes jump when going high speeds and this is because she needs a new distributor. I also never got a chance to get this fixed.- She has an upgraded bluetooth/pandora/cd player, but I disconnected it and never re-connected it.She is in excellent condition inside as well. She was very well loved and cared for. She has a table in the back that seats 4. It also folds down to make a bed. There used to be 2 seats behind the drivers & passenger's seat. I took out the one behind the passenger. It made it soooo much bigger! The fridge, stove, microwave, sinks, toilet, showers all still work and are in excellent condition. 1995 Winnebago Rialta 22RD, A 1995 Winnebago RIALTA It Only Has 50,100k Miles And It Runs Great! It Has A Rear Dinette That Folds Into A full Sized Bed, The 2 Rear Captain Chairs took up all the storage space so they have been removed and a custom sleeping platform built that will sleep 1 or 2 people. Platform is raised so it allows for tons of storage space underneath plus cabinets and closet. The platform on top of the storage looks like a daybed or easily comes out and you can customize for your particular needs. Seats 6 - 8! It Has A Full Kitchen With Sink, 2 Burner Stove, Microwave And Fridge! It Also Has A Complete Bathroom With A Slide out Shower, Sink And Vanity!Gets about 16MPG! 2002 Winnebago Rialta 22FD on a Volkswagen Eurovan VR6 chassis in pride of ownership condition. Fully self contained and loaded with Onan generator(33hrs), roof and dash air conditioning, awning, furnace, water heater, 2 burner cooktop, 3-way refrigerator, outside shower, tv antenna, tow hitch and more. Sleeps 2 in comfort with rear twin beds, shower/toilet/sink, full kitchen, swivel chair with table to share with rotating passenger's seat. The advertised price is not a misprint but this Rialta has some highway miles...actually a lot of highway miles...to be blunt, more miles than I have ever seen on an RV. The one owner used this baby to drive from San Diego to Georgia 5 times a year for the last for the last 13 years. That being said...it is one of the cleanest, best driving, well cared for Rialta I have had come into my inventory in the last 20 years.
