My husband and I bought this beautiful partially custom Rialta to go on a 5 month tour across our country with our 9 year old daughter. It was the trip of our lifetime! All of the following work has been done right before we bought it from a mechanic in Louisiana. I believe he was the 2 owner. Upgraded chairs. Larger Fridge, stainless ceiling, new faucet, new microwave, bamboo flooring with stainless finish. Notice the entrance, you can place your shoes underneath the floor : ) Custom cabin next to fridge. Bed was not used before we bought it. New Skylight, new Brake Master Cylinder Calipers, Rotors, Brake Pads, (Wheel Bearings on left rear) and Tires all around. New generator muffler. New Plugs, Wires, Coil, Vacuum lines and all Filters. Fantastic bath fan keeps the humidity down in the patented Rialta pull out shower. The Generator has only 261 hours and runs great. We bought it knowing that it needed a new rebuilt transmission and we had that done by a man that rebuilds Rialta transmissions in Daytona Beach Fl. That cost us around $3,000.00. The miles are high but the transmission mechanic said that our engine sounded better than one that he fixed with 65,000 miles on it. The previous owner took very good care of this Rialta. I would take this coach anywhere , however since it is a used vehicle , it is being sold as is where is . If you have any questions please ask them before you bid. It's as easy to drive and park as a large SUV. The Volkswagon V-6 engine produce between 16 and 20 mpg. The recently rebuilt automatic transmission shifts smoothly. Features include power steering, brakes, windows, mirrors and door locks. It also has cruise control, am/fm/cd radio, and an analog color TV with antenna and power booster and a built in cable connection. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave and sink. The bathroom has a lavatory, shower, toilet and medicine cabinet. It has had no accidents except a parking lot damage to the left rear bumper in the left rear and it was fixed by previous owner. Body and paint is good considering its age. There are some light scratches and a couple of dings. 1 small dent on body. I took a photo of it.
