We have upgraded our camper to a larger size and have a pristine 2012 Raven Sunnybrook by Winnebago for sale. This unit has only been used about 12 times. No pets, no smoke. Upgraded queen mattress. Upgraded table with 4 chairs, 2 swivel rockers, extra air conditioner in bedroom. We've never had to use the extra air conditioner, but it is there if you need it. Others like it are advertised at $19,000 to $22,000 and are not as in as good of shape as this one is. This unit looks and smells brand new. We have it priced for a very quick sale as we won't need it anymore and don't want it just sitting all camping season.
