This Winnebago Outlook is in excellent condition. It has always been garaged. The exterior has a few scratches and small dents from normal use. The paint is near perfect. We have within the last month had the entire RV professionally detailed inside and out. The only exterior problem is the rear hubcaps are missing because we have replaced them twice and both times they have come off while in transit. So, we decided to go without. We have the original set of hubcaps for the cab which will be included with the RV. What is on the vehicle now is the second set of hubcaps we purchased. We don't smoke (neither do our friends) so this vehicle is a smoke free environment. There are no mechanical problems that we know of. We keep things in good working order as we don't like surprises on the road! In the last year we have put all new tires on the vehicle, serviced the chassis, replaced the chassis battery and the house batteries, replaced the inner workings of the kitchen faucet and put in a new microwave oven. The entire RV has been professionally detailed within the last month. The carpets were shampooed and the kitchen and bathroom floors thoroughly mopped. Features: 1 bedroom with a queen bed, mirrored wardrobe and drawers underneath it, a storage compartment under the bed, a slide out for the bed and a vanity area with stool. The bathroom has a private sink and toilet area with storage. The shower is across the hall and has a shatter proof glass sliding double door and sky light. The kitchen has a double sink, 3 burner gas range with range hood fan and light, oven, microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. There is ample storage. The living area has a slide out for the sofa. This sofa pulls out to sleep two. The dinette area has a table and bench seating for six. It has storage under the seats. There are storage compartments above the windows. The dinette table converts to a bed for one person or two small children. The living area, bedroom and cab are carpeted. The bathroom, kitchen and entry have vinyl flooring. The entertainment center over the cab has a TV, CD, DVD and VCR. There is a satellite system on the roof for the TV--no fiddling with a hand held dish! The cab has automotive heater and air conditioning, Auxiliary start circuit, cruise control, power assist steering with tilt wheel, power windows, adjustable seats slide and recline, seat belts. We are the original owners of this RV. We purchased from Ancira RV in Burleson, Texas. This vehicle will NOT be shipped. You must pick it up in Fort Worth, Texas.. We expect cash payment. We will not carry any financing.
