Excellent condtion ready to go.The engine runs smoothly, no hesitation, auto tran w/OD shifts smoothly, easily. The interior is in as near new condition as possible. The mauve color scheme is a patterned design with no wear marks, stains or tears. The light gray carpet is in very good condition. I have covered the main walkways with complimentary purple rugs. The exterior is fiberglass and has the Winnebago logo “Minnie Winnie” and is color matched to the interior. The awning is color matched it to the exterior and interior. The exterior fiberglass material and colored pattern decals are in very good condition. There is a roof ladder on the rear next to the covered Winnebago logo spare tire. There are 4 storage compartments on the outside of the coach. It has a(new) house battery which will supply power for the interior when the coach is not plugged in to an outside electrical source. The coach has twin beds in the rear and an over cab queen bed. It has a full stand-up shower, bathroom with flush toilet, sink with cabinet below and medicine cabinet above. There are 2 barrel chairs across from the dinette with a pull out table between them. There are plenty of storage compartments and overhead lighting in the bed room, kitchen and living areas. The kitchen has a 4 burner propane stove and full oven and exhaust fan. A microwave is above the stove. It has a double stainless steel sink w/cover/cutting board. The refrigerator is full size with a separate freezer above the main compartment. The refrigerator runs on either electric or propane and is new as of Fall of 2016. There is a 6 gallon propane water heater which is started from inside the coach. The coach has an automatic temperature controlled furnace with heat vents in the bedroom, bathroom and living area. The motor-home has built in house generator which supplies power for all coach electrical appliances and electrical outlets. It can be started from inside the coach or outside on the generator (both with push-button start). There is an electrical outlet on the outside under the awning, The following items have all been added by me after I purchased it:New brakesNew tires (6)New awningNew roof air conditionerNew coach water pumpEngine tune-upNew tune-up and control board for the house generatorNew house batteryNew refrigerator/freezerThe only flaw that I know of is that the transmission shift gear indicator (the red mark that tells you what gear you are in) is stuck out of view. I had it checked and was told that the cable that controls the indicator is most likely broken. This does not in any way effect the operation of the vehicle so I decided not to have it repaired. We have enjoyed this motor-home and now we are upgrading.
