This is a CAT 350 diesel pusher with a 6 speed Allison transmission that will take you anywhere you want to go. Want an RV that doesn't look like an RV inside? This is it. We have replaced the couch (Lazy boy with pull out full size bed-sleeps surprisingly well), all carpeting, removed old TV and put in a flat screen TV, dining room table, upgraded plumbing faucets and blinds/shades to give this RV a more homey feel. Items also replaced/fixed: new queen mattress, the tires only have 5k miles on them, the service is good for another 5k miles, water heater has been fixed, 5 batteries replaced this year, new engine air filter. Items that are not perfect: there are cracks in the cabinet tops (see pic, it's not bad), front window needs to be replaced. When we purchased the RV, we were told that the dryer did not work, but the washer did. Since we've owned this, we've not tried either one to be honest. We felt it would take too much water, and would be another item to winterize. This RV has an Onan diesel generator, a power inverter, an energy management system, basement air with 2 compressors, and heat pump. It's an upgrade and is like what is in a house. The value is showing on NADA as $77k. We are asking $63k. This is a really great RV. Thanks for looking!
