Want an RV that doesn't look like an RV inside? This is it. We have replaced the couch (Lazy boy with pull out full size bed-sleeps surprisingly well), all carpeting, removed old TV and put in a flat screen TV, dining room table and blinds/shades to give this RV a more homey feel. Items also replaced/fixed: new queen mattress, the tires only have 5k miles on them, the service is good for another 5k miles, water heater has been fixed, 5 batteries replaced this year, front glass will be repaired before unit is sold, new engine air filter.Items that are not perfect: there are cracks in the cabinet tops, we had a small leak in the ceiling that has been corrected. When we purchased the RV, we were told that the dryer did not work, but the washer did. Since we've owned this, we've not tried either one to be honest. We felt it would take too much water, and would be another item to winterize.The value is showing on NADA as $77k. We are asking $72k. This is a really great RV. We are only selling because we've decided to purchase a house at the beach.Thanks for looking! Pictures will be posted later this week.
