Chassis is annually serviced. Brakes are in good order with air ride suspension. Leveling jacks all work as they should and extend and retract perfectly. All interlocks and alarms for the transmission, leveling jacks and transmission are fully functional.Wheels and tires: Wheels are all aluminum and in good shape. Tires are Yokahoma with approx. 20,000 miles. Air conditioning: This unit has heat pump. Also has forced gas heat.Fridge: The fridge works great in all modes and will run on propane or electric. The smart panel auto selects what "power". It is also equipped with an ice maker.Stovetop and oven: This unit has a convection oven/microwave and a 3 burner stove top .Hot water heater: This is a 10 gallon unit and it heats water three different ways: Electric, propane or engine heat.Sinks/Plumbing/Shower: The kitchen sink has a brand new residential faucet.Countertops are Corian and in good shape. Electrical: This coach will run off of 50 amp or 30 amp service.Couches/Tables/Bed: Couch is powered and reclines into a queen bed. Driver's captain's seat is powered. Front seats are leather. The dinette folds down into a bed. The main bedroom has a queen bed and is in excellent shape, comfortable and clean, Sleep Number bed.Paint: The full body paint is in excellent shape. The graphics are paint not stickers. Flooring: Ceramic tile in kitchen and bathroom, New updated carpet in living and bedroom areas.Awnings: The main awning The main awning also has an auto retract feature that will roll the awning up if wind gusts are detected.
