2000 Winnebago 35B, this is a 30 amp RV, everything operates off of 30 amp sophisticated inverter that prioritizes power to make sure you don't go over 30 amps. With this coach being 35' and a 30 amp, it makes finding a spot in the RV park much easier and cheaper. We use the coach about 2 weekends a month as we work trade shows and use this when we work these events so the mileage will continue to go up as we use it. Consistent use is a good thing as most people let these units typically sit, rot away, and grow gremlins. Everything works on this Winnebago, I would trust driving it anywhere. I recently traveled to Missouri and back a few times over the last few months with no issues as all. It does okay on fuel as long as your not driving 75 mph everywhere and drive it at a more respectful 65 mph you will get some good miles out of a tank. It has newer tires that have about 6k miles on them. Replaced all the batteries for the coach a few months ago and the basement A/C-Heat pump circuit board. It has one super slide and will sleep 4. It has a tow hitch with a 7-way round trailer in. It is set on a Ford Chassis with 56k miles and will pull a car behind it no problem with the strong Triton V10 motor. The generator runs strong and both the motor and the generator have had regular oil changes. It has a 10 disc CD changer and an outside entertainment area where a TV can be set up and an outside stereo for entertaining. I have a brand new sunwave awning from Elkhart Outdoor Supply that will need to be installed. Water heater and heat can operate via electric or propane. The water heater which is the upgraded 10 gallon will also heat up as you drive the vehicle as it is plumbed through the motor, nice upgrade to the Winnebago. You will have plenty of hot water. Included are all of the operating manuals and a full binder of the schematics, including electrical, plumbing, a/c heat, parts book and a few others. Anything you need for this Winnebago you will be able to find in these manuals. NADA values it at $23,230 average retail and $19,260 low retail. Was recently quoted $16,500 from an RV dealer for trade-in so I figure that would be a good start for listing it and I think that is a fair price as it is not a perfect RV by any means. If your looking for a reliable, low mileage RV, that will take you and your family anywhere with confidence, and won't break the bank, then this Coach is for you.
