Have original build sheet which list all pertinent information.  Has been a great RV.  We are going in a different direction and want to sell.  Has about every option available at the time with many upgrades since then.  Has some minor scatches,  no dents and is in good shape for its age.  Electric couch makes into a comfortable bed.  A new recliner chair with footstool.  There are two flat screen TV's and a satellite dish.  Sony back up camera, nice in dash stereo and surround sound.  All appliances in good working condition.  When we bought both front windshields were replaced and brand new Michellin 22.5 inch tires installed.  All maintenance and repairs done at local RV shop.  Electric awning, electric door steps, and external entertainment system.  2002 VW beetle tow car with all wiring and tow bar if you want.  There is filtered water.  Has leveling jacks and hydraulic slides, two in the back and 1 large wall slide.  Large bedroom with queen bed, very comfortable, and open area with chairs  and large closet and built in chest.  We are non smokers and there are many other features which can be seen if interested.  Have original manuals.
