This 40KD appears to be in decent shape but will likely need some TLC before full-time use. The full body paint other than the typical diamond shield peeling up front appears to be in good shape. It appears that at some point there was a leak above the forward driver side slide (see photos). The vinyl flooring is new and new blinds in the box seen near the entry door not yet installed.
