The seller states that everything is in good working order - he had the unit checked out at the local RV dealership prior to putting it on the market. Known conditions: There is signs of previous water leak under the passenger window. The roof was resealed recently when it was at the dealership. There are a few lights that the bulbs need to be replaced - the seller plans to get these changed out, and there are some loose tiles in front of the shower area.
