2015 Winnebago Vista 36Y. Virtually new with only 2520 miles, 37 feet length, 3 slide-outs with slide toppers, power awning, and a list of standard equipment that is too extensive to list it all. Built on a Ford F53 chassis with a Ford 362hp V-10, 5 speed transmission with tow-haul. 5000 pound trailer hitch with 7 pole round wiring. Some of the standard equipment is 2 HE roof mounted, internal ducted air-conditioners, water heater both electric and LP, 12cu ft 4 door 2 way refrigerator with ice maker. 4 group 31 deep cycle batteries. Automatic hydraulic leveling jacks. 3 TVs including one on a slide out on the outside under the awning. This coach is a current model so all technical and equipment information is on the Winnebago web site. Upgrades from a base 36Y include interior upgrade, external TV entertainment center, microwave/convection oven, 3 burner range with LP oven, king bed, full body pain cayenne, AC heat pump-2 Hi efficiency, defroster extra fans, loft bed, passenger seat foot rest, 6 way power drivers seat, satellite radio, video camera system (backup and 2 side cameras), 4 door refrigerator. The MSRP for a base Vista 36Y was $130,602. The options were $19,075, delivery $1245, for a grand total MSRP of $150,922. The motorhome came with the upgraded RV king bed which offers limited quality mattresses. The bed platform was modified for a standard residential queen bed and has an excellent nearly new Serta mattress on it. The dash was also professionally dyed a medium to dark brown to cut the glare in the windshield that traditional light colored dash pads cause. Hard wired with a 50 amp surge guard. Tinted Maxi-Air vent covers installed. This is a great motorhome, open and comfortable floor plan, with the superb build quality of Winnebago. The opposing slides in the living area give as large living room. Tons of storage including pass through storage in the basement. Large 6 door wardrobe in the bedroom in addition to the 6 drawers below it. Don't forget the night stands and cabinets above them. Prepped for a washer/dryer should that also suit your needs.
