Full-Time, Vacation, or Weekend! This is the ideal unit for a couple who wants to travel in style without the hassles of a large rig. She drives as easy as a minivan. This is a 24' top-rated Winnebago View J model on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. This unit has been customized to maximize storage and the ability to dry-camp. She has a permanent double bed, and the dinette can drop down to convert to a double. The cab-over has been outfitted with storage drawers and custom cabinets. Outlets have been added up there to support your satellite receiver, modem, router, and printer. 4 (100 watt) solar panels can meet all your needs when you're not plugged in. A 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter/smart charger can power most of your appliances, like a CPAP and a computerized sewing machine. The standard house batteries have been upgraded to 4 sealed AGM LIFELINE batteries with over 420 amp-hrs of capacity. She includes a Satellite antenna as well as over-the-air. She works well with the slide-out in, but is downright roomy when the 8'10" long slide-out is extended. She was purchased new in 11/2102, full-timed for almost 2 years, and driven through all of the lower 48 states. A tow car isn't necessary because she can be parked just about anywhere. But she's rated to tow up to 5,000 lbs. An optional tow hitch motorcycle carrier, rated for 1200 lbs, is available. While the mattress is plenty comfy, an optional custom-cut 2" memory foam mattress topper is also available. The closet has been outfitted with Elfa storage drawers and a custom wine drawer, and there's still room to hang clothes. In two years we never filled up all the storage areas. She's been well maintained, including all scheduled maintenance, never had any serious issues, and has travelled 59,500 pampered miles. Making her easily livable was the priority. Too many special touches have been added to include the entire list here. We're sad to see her go, but life is taking us in another direction. You can be the lucky 2nd owner of this rare gem.
