Air cooled, front seats swivel to create dining space, new auxillary battery, which is tied into new main battery, battery charger and inverter, 5 new tires. Has holding tank, internal propane tank with auxillary hookup for external propane, new canvas on top, curtains, dash board cover and memory foam mattress topper.
