2006 WELLS CARGO 2-CAR ENCLOSED CUSTOM TRAILER FOR SALE! This is a really nice trailer that has barely been used, with just over 15,000 miles on it! (I kept a log...) It has always been stored in a covered storage facility out of the sun and weather, and is in "As New" condition. It is a 48' Gooseneck, with a 40' deck, and has 3 axles. As you will see from the numerous pics on the list below, the front 4' of the gooseneck sticks out, and there is a 4' storage area over the rest of it. I bought it new in May of 2006, and then spent big $$$ having it customized to suit my needs. For instance, before I had the four driver-side escape doors added, I measured up almost every type of MOPAR (Dodge-Chrysler-Plymouth) there was between 1966 and 1974 (Cudas, Challengers, Chargers, Road Runners, GTXs, Super Bees, Darts, Daytonas, Superbirds, Coronets, Belvederes, even Prowlers, and especially VIPERS (as I had two of them in '06), along with lots of other makes (Fords, GM, Exotics) so I could MAKE SURE that no matter WHAT 2 cars I was hauling, I could ALWAYS GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE WITHOUT HAVING TO CRAWL OUT OF A WINDOW IN A VERY EXPENSIVE CAR!!! This is my personal trailer that I used to haul my cars around to car shows here & there, and also hauled two cars for two of my friends a couple of times. I got a small discount off of the Wells Cargo factory price which was right at $30,000, and this was BEFORE I spent another $35,000 on all the custom modifications at a local professional trailer builder/modifier. Wells Cargo doesn't even offer most of the modifications listed below, so if you want "extras" like these, you have to find someone else to do them... If you want to get a REALLY NICE trailer to haul your toys around in, or if you are wanting to haul other people's cars for fun and profit, you can either order one from Wells Cargo, wait 4 months to get it, then wait another 3 or 4 months for all the custom work to be completed, for a total delay of about 7 or 8 months and a total cost today of around $80,000, OR you can buy mine TODAY for around half of that... For the right deal, I will even deliver it to you in the continential US, as part of the deal, I still have my 2006 Dodge RAM 1-ton Dually Diesel that I bought new at the same time as the trailer. Here is a list of all of the features on this trailer: Locking cargo area at front exterior of trailer under the gooseneck.  Hydraulic tongue lifts - insert a key, push the dual buttons up or down to raise/lower the trailer. No hand-cranking the trailer up & down! (I LOVE this feature!) Hydraulic pump also has a lever in case the batteries are dead, but I've never had to use it.  Diamondplate over the entire floor and trailer ramp.  Insulation on roof and both sides, underneath the hard white plastic interior panels.  Large Windows with screens at the top of the interior cargo area which can swing out, if someone locks you in your trailer as a "joke" (not funny...)  Superwinch S4000 electric winch - Extra long winch cable reaches out past the door.  Ademco Alarm System - Every door & window are trapped, this is the same type of system that is usually installed on residential housing. Super loud siren, and a communications module can be added for 24-hr monitoring if desired.  Extra recessed compartment for a second 12-volt Deep Duty Cycle battery, wired together in parallel for twice the amp-hours.  Teflon Skidplate installed on floor at trailer "apex", to prevent winch cable from eating into floor. (2' x 2' x 1/4" thick. These are expen$ive!).  Flourescent interior lights at the front of the trailer and down each side, with separate switches controlling the 3 circuits.  3ea MaxxAir Turbo/Maxx Ventilators in the roof, so the trailer can be vented even while moving down the highway. Reversible Fan for airflow in or out.  Prewired for Air Conditioning Units under each Ventilator, in case I decided (or someone else) to replace the fans with A/C in the future.  Special alloy lock on rear door of trailer (I'll add a pic soon, it isn't the one shown now in Pic07) that can't be cut with bolt-cutters.  All 5 side entry/exit door locks are matched - 1 key fits all.  D-Ring Track installed in the floor down both sides of the trailer, to enable tie-down by the tires wherever desired.  D-Ring Track installed vertically at the front of the trailer on each side, to enable tie-down of cargo in front of cars.  Chrome 4" height cargo railing installed above the deck to keep anything in the 4' cargo area where it belongs while traveling.  Heavy duty mud flaps are installed behind the 3rd axle keeps gravel from chipping the trailer, or anyone else's vehicle.  Heavy duty steel rollers aka "bogey wheels" installed on each side at the rear of the trailer just behind the factory skids, to prevent damaging the trailer on steep entrances/exits.  Brand new G-rated Heavy duty Trailer tires, including on both spares. (The old tires had plenty of tread, but were 9 years old, I don't take chances when hauling...)  After typing up all the features and posting all the pics, I think I've covered the trailer fairly well, but if you want more details or pics of anything, let me know, I can post more.  I'm asking $45,000 or best offer (US Dollars only). If you have any questions or comments, send an email directly to me at [email protected] or call me (Darrell) on my cell at (405) 650-2864, I'm in Oklahoma, Central Standard Time.
