Extremely hard to find 2006 Weekend Warrior LE 3105 - BILLET INTERIOR in excellent condition! The pictures show all! It is a MUST SEE!!!! Excellent for Hunters, Dune runnier's (triple axle) and mountain dry camping (lots of batteries)!! Here are some things about the 5th wheel... Always stored under covered parking, well maintained and loved over the last 11 years! New tires on all three axles, (4) 12V battery array, 5500W Onan Genset, 6000lb load capacity, 40 gal gas tank, AC - Ducted, Heat is duct as well. 2 dvd/TVs, 10 gal hot water heater works great! Extra large refrigerator, quiet fantastic fans that were installed provide ample airflow, stereo has two great outside speakers, huge front storage space under the bedroom, also, huge storage inside above front door and up towards the bedroom, outdoor shower, large windows for excellent light, has aluminum siding to keep the weight as low as possible for saving fuel and easier pulling up long hills and step grades! Graphics go from grey-black to red. The tanks are large, with 150 gallons of fresh water, 50 black and 50 grey. After market Black and Decker space saving coffee pot included. We currently have purchased a motorhome and have been using the new RV. The 5th wheel has been cleaned immaculately (see current pictures) and is ready to go home with a good new owner!!! We have priced it as $21,900 however, open to offers that are "reasonable"... No trades.

Unit is in great shape, Tires less than two years old. AC, DSI gas hot water heater, also added electric heat to it as well. 18' awning in good shape. 3 beds, front master and each couch folds down. Two tables store under the couch and also includes two swivel rockers. Dual propane tanks Two 6 volt batteries.currently setup for a gooseneck but the adapter can be removed for a 5th wheel. Large 120 gallon fresh water tank40/40 gallon for black/grey water The axles have been moved under the leaf spring to give more ground clearance and more bed clearance. the factory perches are still on the axles so if you have a 5th wheel bed or lower truck you can swap it back.Axle weight: 4600hitch weight: 1200gvwr: 11,400payload: 5600the mini blinds are a little roughed upthermostat isn't accurate. The kids have all moved out so it's time to downsize a bit. This RV is perfect for families or groups as it sleeps 6 inside plus the garage (screened) and deck area can also be used for sleeping (if you take out the toys!). Almost 400 SF inside!! I doubt you will find another trailer that has been maintained as well as this one. It does not look it's age which could be because we stored this 5th wheel in inside storage at Allstar Storage in Belfair WA from October to April each year. During the glamping season it is in covered storage with electricity (to keep the air moving) at Snohomish RV Storage. Everything works. 100% non-smoking. Dogs never came in dirty...we have a blower for them to make sure they are clean and dry before entering. We are clean freaks with the RV and the dogs. Here are some of the high points: â€¢ 12 ft.
