2004 Weekend Warrior 4005cl , 2004 Weekend Warrior CL4005 fifth wheel toyhauler We are the original owners of this toyhauler, it is in great condition and no issues. Clean Title. It was just detailed and waxed so it is ready for dune season. Any items that needed maintenance or any issues we repaired promptly over the years. 40' fifth wheel toyhauler. Fiberglass gel coat siding in great condition. Over 20' of cargo space. 2 slides, one in master bedroom and one for kitchen/living room. Pull down back queen bed, bed frame has been raised to allow for taller toys to come in the ramp. 36g fuel tank with pump station. 2 deep cycle marine batteries. 2 - 7g propane tanks. 5500 watt Onan generator, low hours - we primarily used a smaller separate gen and only used the Onan for microwave or AC's. Spare tire mounted underneath. 2" hitch on back. Upgrades: Front AC. New larger AC in main living room. Front jacks are separate with their own motors. New back stabilizing jacks. Bearings and brakes redone 2 yrs ago. Upgraded to 16" truck tires and Aluminum wheels - all in great shape. Awning was replaced with new fabric and metal cover to protect it. 2 additional awnings added over kitchen and living room windows. Replaced main TV with 32" Vizio flat screen. Upgraded original fold down couch to full size pull out queen size sofa sleeper. 2 new larger rocker chairs. Floor has been freshly painted in cargo area. New seals on both slides last year. Interior lower walls in cargo area lined with diamond plate. Front cargo bin lined with diamond plate. Axles are flipped. Original metal mini blinds have been upgraded to pull down fabric blinds.
