Unit is in very good condition, no mechanical, gas, or electrical problems. Trailer and 5kw onboard Onan generator are professionally serviced every 12 months. Generator has about 845 hours, and is started and run for one hour each month. Very minor scratches here and there, both inside and out. Roof and walls have absolutely no leaks, and are professionally resealed every 12 months. Trailer is smoke free!
