For sale is my pride and joy, my 1966 VW splitscreen bus its taxed and mot for a year. I bought this bus as a shell for 500 quid about 8 years ago, i have done all the work myself, spent 1000s on it, it is 98% complete. small amount interiour to finish. it is a solid van no welding needed, no rust what so ever, is very good condition. IRS converstion , new brakes pipe and master cyclinder. new wheels epi and tyres. also has safari front windows, two speed window wipers. paint work excellent but for one panel had a dust sheet over the bus during the winter and got damp which caused a few tiny bubbles on one panel. starts first time runs well. have being honest about my bus, do not really want to sell, as we love it but need the money to help pay for my house. It has a nearly new 1600 beetle engine, the engine runs absolutely perfect, no rattles, no oil leaks.
