This trailer has two full size beds, a dinette set, a 3 way refrigerator (That means it runs on a 12v battery or 110v AC power or propane), a two burner propane stove, a propane furnace, sink with a new bathroom faucet, 20 gal water tank and electric breaks. The trailer has never been smoked in or any pets. Everything about it is in VERY GOOD shape. I have it plugged in so you can see it in working condition. I hope you understand, because it is a tent trailer, it takes a bit of effort to set it up and take it down. It will need to be viewed at my house by appointment. The Washington tags are good through May of 2017.This trailer weighs 1650lbs dry and about 2100lbs loaded. It can be towed by a small truck/SUV.Nada has this trailer retailing for as high as $7190.00 in perfect condition. This trailer very good condition so I believe $6000.00 is a fair price.
