All systems function as they should, according to the seller. Mechanical, plumbing, and appliances all work as expected.
*As of 5/15/24, there is a low-voltage issue with the front power shades, and the seller is having that looked at; it is likely a bad ground. Also, there is a problem with a coax cable connector to the TV. There is some paint fading on the side of the fiberglas roof edge. Tires are in great shape but do have 2015 date codes.
Clean inside, no smells, and well-maintained. No leaks of any kind currently or in the past.
