Mechanical, plumbing, and appliances all work as expected. *As of 5/15/24, there is a low-voltage issue with the front power shades, and the seller is having that looked at; it is likely a bad ground. Also, there is a problem with a coax cable connector to the TV. There is some paint fading on the side of the fiberglas roof edge. Tires are in great shape but do have 2015 date codes.
