Everything is reportedly in good working order, and the RV shows normal wear and tear. Some wood surfaces could use some touch-up.
As described above, the rear garage area has some good-looking modifications, but they could easily be returned to their original design.

This can easily be converted back to a bathroom if that better suits your needs.
The DUR-A-POXY cargo floor has 5,000 lb. tie-downs to ensure your toys will arrive safely without damaging the flooring, and the 8' ramp door makes it easy to load them. The garage has been converted to an office, and the floors were covered with 2" rubber mats (included) that provide comfort and warmth throughout.
Two 15,000 BTU air conditioners will keep you cool even on the hottest summer days. An enclosed and heated underbelly keeps your unit's vitals protected, and a central docking station makes life a little easier. The Rogue Armored package comes with a six-point leveling system, a comfort plus adjustable powered king bed system, and a ramp door patio system.
In addition to its standard features, the trailer comes with an Onan 5.5kW EVAP generator, which provides reliable power for all your needs while on the go.
