The exterior shows very well for its age, with only a few minor scratches on the rear quarter panel where a tree branch scraped and pulled the side molding loose. The seller reattached the molding and sealed it well on the outside, and there have never been any leaks, as this was just cosmetic. You may notice the roof pictures look spotty. It had just started raining when the pics were taken, so raindrops are just beginning to get the roof wet. No known roof issues, as the RV has always been stored covered when not in use. Once you look inside, you will immediately recognize the residential quality Vanleigh puts into its models, with premium materials like natural wood cabinets and trim, solid-surface countertops, and residential-grade appliances. Among the many improvements made by the seller are the swivel recliners they put in to replace the original theater seating and a residential sleeper sofa to replace the original one. They have also included a large dinette table for more comfortable seating in the dining area. Full-time living is undoubtedly an option, including a stacked Splendide washer and dryer in its own space inside the bathroom. The seller also upgraded the mattress to a premium Stearns and Foster brand queen that they claim is much more comfortable than the original mattress. 2016 VanLeigh RV Vilano 365RL, This Vanleigh Vilano fifth wheel offers you a convenient camping experience in a luxury unit.  Model 365RL features triple slides with loads of interior space, a kitchen island, and king size bed in the master bedroom, plus so much more!Start with four sturdy aluminum entry steps to the inside.  Notice the wide open living area to your left thanks to dual opposing slide outs.  There is a free standing dinette with four chairs and a theater seat with cup holders in the slide immediately to your left.  Along the rear wall enjoy more seating at an 80" sofa bed.  From here you can easily enjoy the 50" LED TV and fireplace in the adjacent slide out that also contains the kitchen appliances and a retractable desk.  The kitchen is centrally located and features a large island with double sinks, and overhead lighting.  There is a residential refrigerator for all of your perishables, more counter space, plus a three burner range and pantry with adjustable shelving.  A nice storage hutch can be found off to the side that is located along the interior living room wall straight in from the entry door.Head up the steps to a front master bedroom and complete bath. The bath is on your left at the top of the steps up and features a toilet, a 48" x 30" shower, and vanity with round vessel sink.
