The Buy It Now is the down payment for the lease!!!! Recently serviced (have service records). All matching new tires with date code March 2015. Floor, walls, doors, brakes, reefer unit are all in great condition. Unit has appx 18k hours on it. Winner of the auction enters a one year lease agreement, and must show proof of insurance. Buyer agrees to maintain trailer including but not limited to tires, walls, roof, doors, brakes, brake lines, reefer unit, reefer chute, and all other parts on trailer. Must sign the agreement before picking unit up. $1,000 deposit, $1,000 per month (for a total of $2,000 when you Buy It Now). Buyer also agrees to return trailer if lease is terminated or if payment is late. $1 buyout if you lease it for 24 months and are current on all payments!
