The driver/passenger seats, stadium recliners, and sofa show some spots where the upholstery is wearing off - common in RVs of this age. The seller has an estimate to re-upholster the furniture. The gel coat on the front of the RV shows some wear. The front tires are original, and the rear tires were replaced in 2018, per the seller. There is some material peeling from the wall at the bedroom slide. Also, in the bedroom, one drawer handle needs repair (pictured), and the headboard has an area where the material has worn off (pictured). The seller plans to fix these items asap.
