GREAT CAMPER! Everything works. See photos for excerpts from the original sales brochure--it'll help you get oriented to what you are looking at. This is a well maintained, smooth side Lance 961 (9'6") electric slide out model with remote controlled swing-out electric leveling jacks (for trucks with dualies), roof rack and ladder. This particular model is well-suited to people that want a lighter camper and may also want to tow something (it has a minimum rear overhang). EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE STUFF! It is originally equipped with the Lance "Convenience Package" and "Exterior Package" which add very useful options (see the photos detailing all that includes). It has a/c (runs on 30 amp power) and central heat (runs on LPG and electric), a dinette in the slide out, toilet/shower, M/W, stove, large Dometic 3-way refrigerator/freezer, one yr old battery, 2x5 gal 5 year re-certified horizontal LPG tanks, Fantastic Fan/Vent, AM/FM/CD 4 speaker stereo, TV antenna with 12v amplified outlet, battery separator and battery disconnect, outdoor shower and cargo lights. It has a linoleum floor with indoor/outdoor carpet laid unattached so you can take it up if you like. We like new beds so the bed is brand new, never used, and made by Custom Comfort Mattress Co (the only bed we sleep on!). It cost $500 for the mattress. We likes things to work and to have no issues so we had the exterior and interior gone over and detailed last July (another $500). Part of that was resealing the roof completely--there are no leaks and no indication of any prior--roof, windows, doors or otherwise. The door has a crack in the fiberglass below the window that has been resealed but is visible. The rear awning is in fair condition and I think original. We are selling it because we thought we might like this type of camping, having come from 5th wheels. But, we really wanted the truck it came on: a used 4x4, 3/4 ton, standard bed we purchased in June 2015. We have decided to sell this camper in favor of getting a set-up more conducive to four wheeling--something we are enjoying more and more. Simple as that!
