This 2004 Lance 820 is in excellent condition. I used it in mid September and everything worked perfectly. It has the cold weather package that ducts the furnace into the holding/water tank compartment, extra insulation, storm windows, water heater bypass winterizing valve, insulated battery and propane compartments, and insulated covers for all the vents. Perfect for deer season! The furnace will cook you out. It has a wet head that can accommodate a large person showering. It is also equipped with day/night shades, 5 CF 3 way automatic fridge, 2, 5 gal propane tanks, TV antenna, 19" flat screen with built in DVD player, roof racks, electric remote controlled jacks, fantastic vent fan, 3 burner people stove, microwave, outside shower, awnings (side and back), and super cold AC. It has 8'11" of floor length, is 93" wide, and has 6'10" of head room. Tanks: Fresh-33 Gal, Grey-21 Gal, Black- 14 GAL. Dry weight is 2585. I took it to FL last March (5500 miles) on a 2500 HD 4 door with a Duramax and a set of air bags. It handled like a dream.I went from 10 degrees to 90 degrees, and then back to a snow storm. I filled the water before I left and drained it after I got back and nothing froze. It is a super nice, clean camper. I am asking $11,500. NADA is a bit over $13,000.00 average retail. If you come and look at it I am open to reasonable offers. I would consider delivering it within a few hundred miles if your truck isn't set up yet.
