This is one cozy little home away from home. Clean, well maintained and leak free. Everything works as designed. Mfg. listed dry weight of 2360# which includes 24 gallons of fresh water and 10 gallons of bottled gas. Camper is designed to fit inside the bed of a full size 8' pickup bed. Current jacks fit standard bed/fender width pickups only (you can replace them for ones designed to fit a dually if desired). Camper does not have air conditioning but it can be installed in the centrally located roof vent (I had a verbal quote of approximately $800 to accomplish this) by any qualified RV Center shop. You will not be disappointed in this one!
