1986 Komfort brand pickup camper. Excellent condition. 8' floor, 4' out back, 5 1/2 foot bunk over cab. New water heater, newer fridge, microwave. Four burner gas stove and oven, exhaust fan. Clean. 3-way fridge (gas, AC/DC) is large and works very well. Shower, toilet and sink. Closet. Couch folds down to sleep two. New upholstery and curtains. Smoke and CO detectors. Floor covering in excellent condition. Propane furnace with wall mount thermostat works very well. Two 20 lb propane tanks. Holding tanks, fresh water, and battery state monitors all work. Exterior in excellent condition. No A/C but electrical is in place in the roof if you want to add A/C. Four hydraulic jacks. Roof in very good condition. Three roof vents in good condition. Power vent in bathroom. No leaks, no water damage. All interior and exterior lights work. Always stored when not in use. No outside shower. Non-smokers. YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST A 3/4 TON PICKUP WITH 8' BED TO USE THIS CAMPER.
