Camper has queen size bed which sleeps front to back (not side to side), refrigerator/freezer electric or propane, three burner propane stove and oven, dry bath with shower, microwave, radio and CD player, pantry, propane hot water heater with digital spark ignition, remote control electric jacks, roof air conditioner, ducted propane heater, two 30# propane tanks, Generac propane generator with less than 20 hours on it, 40 gallon fresh water tank, 2 each 20 gallon storage for black and gray water tanks, outdoor shower, two medicine cabinets, TV compartment, couch makes into bed, Cedar hanging closet plus additional clothes storage near bed, large storage area above couch, roof vent fan in bath and in hallway with vent covers, side and rear awnings, 30 amp service, 2 bowl ceramic sink in kitchen, full length mirror, screen door, 1 medium exterior storage compartments, small “basement” storage areas in truck bed accessible from inside camper, sewer hose storage in bumper, ladder to roof and luggage rack. Reflective privacy windows with blinds and screens, enclosed storage tanks, all seams professionally re-sealed, roof re-sealed. Original owners since 2000. Driver’s side rear view mirror mounting is cracked but functions well. Prefer to sell both together, but will consider selling camper first.
