First 8 pics are after I cleaned and fixed it up.Then next 4 are before. The tires/wheels are all brand new. I do have the old ones but 2 of them are blown. The roof leaked and I had it fixed and completely sealed. The sink is molded plastic. the counter was rotten. I have the sink that was in it. I know the heater is wrong for it and I'm willing to take it out. I also am willing to take out shelving in back and futon/lounger. I have the GM Refrigerator that came in it. It runs but dont get cold. The hot water tank is not hooked up. I also have the trim that was removed. The walls were already painted once when I got it. I cleaned and repainted. The tongue has been reinforced as it was rusted through. holes in underlaymet refilled with insulation and repared. Stove works. Microwave works. I have copy of original title. I am willing to bring it within 100 miles of Fort Wayne, IN or near I-90 headed East to New York State. I am asking $10,000 is negotiable.
