•This travel trailer sleeps up to ten (10) people on three (3) queen-sized fold out beds, plus the dinette and fold-out couch, giving as much useable interior space as a 32' travel trailer. •It has a full kitchen with a 3-burner stove, oven, over-stove exhaust hood, double sink, and includes the OPTIONAL convection microwave and OPTIONAL extra-large refrigerator/freezer. •Includes OPTIONAL outdoor gas grill that mounts to the side of the camper. •It features a 6' power slide-out to make even more room, that with the beds being exterior-spaced, give this 23' camper the same useable interior room as the average 32' travel trailer. •It boasts a FULL BATH! Including shower, sit-down tub, toilet, medicine cabinet, OPTIONAL overhead exhaust fan, and OPTIONAL shower skylight. •Includes 13.5 K BTU air conditioner, and OPTIONAL ducted furnace. •Has the OPTIONAL built-in AM/FM CD stereo system, OPTIONAL rotating analog TV antenna, OPTIONAL pre-wiring for your satellite or cable TV service, and we added a 19" LCD TV. (not pictured) •Has the OPTIONAL 20' full-length awning. (Standard awning was 12') •Comes with smoke detector, propane gas detector, and carbon monoxide detector. •All 5 tires new in 2013 have less than 4K miles! HERE'S WHAT'S BEEN DONE: >The Fresh Water tank was replaced in 2014 after being damaged by road debris. >Onboard charging system and electrical control panel replaced in 2009 after being damaged by power surge. >Front tent replaced in 2013. >New propane gas detector installed June 25, 2015. HERE'S WHAT'S NEEDED: 1.The graphic decals on the sides show the effects of being unprotected from the sun, unlike the roof which has been covered for most of its life. These decals are easily removed and replaced, and are very inexpensive at $40-70 each on Ebay, and the original style decals are still available from Thor Industries as of June 2014. 2.The original rubber roof, while still in good condition, will need replacing in 3-5 years; less if not kept covered. Current cost is about $1000 to $1200 if you have it done, about $350 if you do it yourself. THIS IS WHY WE ARE ASKING $1200 below book price. We bought this camper back in October 2005 for our family of 4 to live in while we built a new house. Two adults and two teens lived in this space continuously for over a year! And we didn't drive each other insane, because of how nice this camper is (and how nice we are :-) ). But the kids are now grown and it's time to downsize, and we plan on getting a truck-bed slide-in camper. On that note, we WILL consider a standard bed length pickup slide-in camper in trade. We will be happy to show this camper by appointment. We reserve the right to end this Ebay sale early due to local sale.
