I am the second owner of this 1998 27 foot Thor America Citation travel trailer. I bought it from the original owner in 2003. It has your basic wear and tear (like the factory decals are coming off, scuffs, etc.) but everything works. I winterize every winter. I added a $4,000 Onan 3600 watt LP Microquiet generator so it could be 100% utility free (push button start from inside the camper). That's the only generator of its size that meets all state park noise requirements. Family would take annual trips to the Catskills in New York but off to college now so time to free up some driveway space. I hope you get as much joy out of this camper as we did. It treated us very well for 12 years.
