Trailer has been well maintained and is in excellent shape. Trailer in covered storage when not in use. Two new 6 volt deep cycle batteries. 100 watt solar panel. upgraded queen size walk around bed. also has couch that folds down into bed. Seat cushions replaced with much better foam. Power vent fan. Power hitch jack. Awning and roof in excellent shape. New license tags good till March 2018. Equal-I-zer hitch included. Stero- with cd player. 13 in. tv with DVD player. BBQ uses trailer propane.
