But we were able to get into our home only 6 weeks after hitting the road so we are selling the RV since we have found our place to make roots. This camper was a dream to tow with my GMC Yukon. Before leaving the lot we had sway bars added on for a more stable ride, which we will sell with the trailer for an additional price of $400 (cost over $500) You have the luxury of a fully loaded 35' Travel Trailer but with the ease of pulling a 25ft hybrid. This RV is fully loaded...full kitchen, full bathroom with sky light, sleeps 8 (could sleep 10) 3 queen tent beds, 67in flip sofa bed, 85in dinette that also turns into a bed (which is in the 36in slide out) 24 inch flat screen tv that is cable and satellite ready that can also be easily mounted on the outside underneath the 17ft awning. Also is completely ready for solar if you want to be completely off grid! The entertainment system also has a cd player as well as radio. A U-shaped dinette with a table that can be removed to take outside if need be. The three tent beds can be heated in cooler weather. The outside shower was a lifesaver for our little girls coming back from the beach. With the Sapphire package the windows are frameless which adds to the look from the outside as well as ease of cleaning. There was never any problems with water or humidity with this feature. The construction of Forest River RV's are different then any other on the market. The way that the walls, ceiling and floor have been manufactured make it very durable, long lasting and better to withstand the summer heat. Lets talk storage... Under the couch/bed- accessible from inside as well as a locking door from the outside Under the dinette- accessible from inside (just lift up the cushions or open the door or drawer) as well as a locking door from the outside. Kitchen- Eight different size compartments with a tall cupboard. Under bed- 7 large storage compartments under all beds. One of those 7 is also available to be opened by an exterior locking door (under rear tent) Over bed- All the full length shelves that will secure your belongings with a black removable band for easy access. Over Couch- 2 cabinets Coat Closet - Full height floor to ceiling Bathroom - under sink cabinet Smoke-Free Dog Friendly Slept our family of 4 very comfortably, tons of extra room. We bought 3 coverings for the exterior of the tents that reduce the heat coming through in the summer. (that we'll included in the price of the trailer $250 value)
