This trailer was purchased in October, 2016, but my wife's health forces us to quit RVing, after 44 years.Our trailer appears to have never been used; stickers are still on appliances; towel racks and toilet paper holder (new, included) were never installed.  There are NO scratches or dents on the exterior, and no apparent wear on the interior.  It smells new inside... no smoke or pet odor.Included with the trailer is a complete Equalizer hitch, purchased new when we bought the trailer 6 months ago, and used less than 100 miles.We are also including a brand new (still in box) sewer hose and a new fresh water hose and pressure regulator.A set of Camco leveling blocks is also included, along with two brand-new, still sealed, sleeping bags from Camping World.Before deciding to sell, we had a new Fantastic Vent Fan installed in the bathroom.The trailer has a flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth-enabled audio receiver (factory-installed).The stove and microwave appear to be unused.We just had the batteries tested (OK), and the tires inspected (also OK), and they look almost new.A Dometic awning is factory-installed.A nearly-new 30-amp power cord is included.Four manual (crank) leveling jacks were factory-installed.I listed it as "Sleeps 3", but could sleep 2 adults and 2 children.We are offering this trailer at what is presently owed on it, so there is very little wiggle room on the price.(Payments are current; this is NOT a "panic sale"!}Please correspond via e-mail if interested: [email protected] I will provide our phone number to those making a serious inquiry.

2006 Forest River Flagstaff Super Lite 26RL, Trailer is 29' including the tongue. This is a super fun 30 amp (can also plug into house 110 with the included reducer) trailer with great floor plan for easy outings. Lots of storage and the following features: new furnace, new water heater, new hatch covers, tires have about 3K miles on them, heated queen bed, front and rear doors, 1 slide that is the dining area, AM/FM CD stereo with surround sound front and rear, glass shower enclosure with skylight, microwave, awning, toilet has separate room, day/night shades, electric stand alone fireplace and it has been very well maintained. All hoses, miscellaneous equipment and owner's manual included. It only has one rocker chair. It has 2 propane tanks. If you would like it as is completely outfitted inside, except linens, add $500. 36 gallon fresh water, 37 gallon grey water, 37 gallon black water. We have had some fantastic trips in this trailer and I know you will too! I can no longer use it due to the recent passing of my spouse. Priced way below NADA book. $10,500.00
