Gas/electric water heater. Dinette/bed and sofa/bed in living room with slide out. Full size bunks in rear of the camper. Camper can sleep 10 people. Shower with tub in bathroom with second outside entry door.  Central vacuum system. DVD player/sterio with outdoor speakers.  Tons of storage inside and outside the camper. Large slide and stabilizer jacks are electric and remote controlled. Electric tongue jack as well. Smoke free. Mint condition, purchased new, used less than 10 times. Leather type couch with pull out full size bed (never used). 2 leather like reclining chairs & bench seating in kitchen area. Plenty of storage throughout. Living room has a built in entertainment center with 32" flatscreen tv, DVD player & indoor/outdoor surround sound. Kitchen has stainless steel fridge, oven and microwave with double sink and corian type countertops. The bedroom has an upgraded queen pillow top mattress with storage underneath, mirrored closet & cabinet built ins, 25" mounted flat screen tv and additional 13,000 btu ac unit. The awning and slides can be operated from either a wireless remote control or from the mounted control panel. The awning is in perfect condition and has an LED lights trim package. This RV truly is like new. Owned by two, non smoking adults. There is absolutely no damage to any of the interior or exterior of the unit.
