2014 27RBS. This is a great camper in great shape. It has the Cold Mountain package. For the last year and a half, the camper has been lived in full time. We took the bench seating from the kitchen table. The kitchen table is able to be put up when needed and chairs are used. We also reduced the double sleeper couch to a single sleeper and added a black leather rocker/ottoman (this can be removed if it is not wanted). The bed was not used and is like new. An electric cooktop was used, so the gas stove and oven are like new.

This camper is practically brand new, my parents purchased it last June, and took it out 2 times. My dad passed away suddenly this past summer, so that is the only reason we are selling it. There is Nothing wrong with it!! We have an extended warranty that we can offer as well, it has a little less than 4 years left on it, covers all major components. They also paid extra to have the EcoRvPro sprayed on it. That prohibits mold on the inside and protects the outside so you will never have to wax it. The dry weight is 5434lbs. We are including the equalizer bars and hitch with this as well as all the accessories you will need for it. They purchased a TV and Bluray player which we are keeping in there as well. There is one slide, a queen size bed, the bathroom has a bathtub/shower. There is tons of storage space everywhere. The table can fold down to make a bed and the couch folds out to a bed as well. There is 3 burner stove with an oven, there is also a microwave. There are 2 very comfortable chairs that rock that can be pushed together to allow one person to sleep there. It can comfortably sleep 2-7 people!
